작가는 필연적으로 사회 구조 속에서 살아갈 수 밖에 없는 인간의 삶과 관계에 대하여 말하고 있다. 타인과의 끊임없는 관계 속에서 또는 자아를 형성해 나가는 과정 속에서 생겨나는 갈등과 아픔의 경험 그리고 그 기억을 표현한다. 작가는 폭력과 억압으로 가득 찬 우리가 살고 있는 사회 속에서의 불완전한 인간의 삶을 하나의 기호로서 인간의 몸과 고유의 얼굴로 표현하고 있다.

 

Though the works, the artist wants to speak about the life and relationship of the human beings who necessarily live in social structure. She expresses the experience of conflict and pain, the memory generated in the relation with the others or in the process of forming self identity. She expresses the imperfect human life in our society which filled with violence and their own unique face as one sign.
